All sub-programmes and activities follow the same application period. In addition, it is possible to apply for preparatory visits and study visits once more during the year.

Annual application period: November–January. The earliest application deadline is February 1 - before midnight – 23:59 CET.

Extra call for study visits and preparatory visits in September. The earliest application deadline is October 1 - before midnight – 23:59 CET.
