Preparatory visits

Before applying to Nordplus, you can apply for a grant for a preparatory visit. During the visit, you plan the project and prepare the application together with your partners.

Organisations can apply for funding to cover travel and accommodation costs for staff taking part in a preparatory visit.

Meeting and discussing the upcoming collaboration provide a good basis for preparing a strong application to:

  • Nordplus Junior
  • Nordplus Adult
  • Nordplus Nordic Languages

Together you agree on and prepare the forms of collaboration, anchor the project, formulate the project application and draw up project plans. For organisations eligible to apply under Nordplus Junior, Nordplus Adult or Nordplus Nordic Languages.

It is possible to apply for funding for Nordplus Preparatory visits twice a year.
