Repayment
In your reporting, you must account for how the grant has been used. You may be required to repay all or part of the grant if the report shows:
- shorter exchange periods than agreed;
- interrupted exchange periods;
- exchanges that have not been carried out;
- exchanges conducted with ineligible participants or invalid activities.
For collaboration projects, repay might be relevant if funds remain unused, or if products are not delivered in the promised quantity and quality.
Any unused grant funds, including interest if stated, must be repaid to your main administrator’s office:
Nordplus Junior: The Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR)
Nordplus Higher Education: The Finnish National Agency for Education (EDUFI)
Nordplus Adult: Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science (UFS)
Nordplus Nordic Languages: The Icelandic Centre for Research (Rannís)
Nordplus Horizontal: Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and skills (HKdir)
If repayment is required, you will receive a repayment notice once your final report has been reviewed. The repayment must be made no later than twenty days after the request has been sent.
