Repayment

In your reporting, you must account for how the grant has been used. You may be required to repay all or part of the grant if the report shows:

• shorter exchange periods than agreed;
• interrupted exchange periods;
• exchanges that have not been carried out;
• exchanges conducted with ineligible participants or invalid activities.

For collaboration projects, repay might be relevant if the products are not delivered in the promised quantity and quality. 

Any unused grant funds, including interest if stated, must be repaid to your national programme office. For Nordplus Adult remaining amounts are collected and paid to the main administrator’s office, – not to the national office.

If repayment is required, you will receive a repayment notice once your final report has been reviewed. The repayment must be made no later than twenty days after the request has been sent.
