Report the project
When the project has been completed, the project owner must submit a final report describing how the project was implemented, what results were achieved, and what experiences were gained. The report must be submitted no later than 30 days after the end of the project period.
You report online through the Nordic Council of Ministers’ tool, Espresso. Use the same login details that were created when you submitted your application.
The report is available in the coordinating organisation’s user account. Note that the report is linked to the contact person and the email address stated in the application. If a different email address is used in the user account, important documents such as the contract or report will not be visible. This can be resolved by creating a user account using the same contact email address as in the application.
The final report consists of a narrative and a financial part. The financial part must be approved by the financial officer at the coordinating organisation.
If all activities have been completed and the results are in line with the objectives stated in the contract, you are entitled to the full grant.
Nordplus Adult
In Nordplus Adult, only collaboration projects must submit a “final account”, and this is signed by the “legal representative” – not by the “financial officer”. In mobility projects, “actual mobility” is simply recorded directly in the report, and no signature or approval is required. "Development projects" and "mapping projects" must also report on the number of whole "working days" in relation to "development work".
